Healing Hanok Chaihyodang is located at the foot of Bukhansan Mountain in Eunpyeong Hanok Village. It is ideal for individuals, couples, families, or groups of friends (female only) who are looking for a quiet place to stay during their travels.
This guesthouse offers a suite with a living room. The bedroom can be used as one single room, or a paper sliding door can be installed to separate it into two bedrooms. If the other door is removed, all three rooms can be opened up into one large room. This accommodation is a genuine hanok (traditional Korean house) where guests can learn how to play the geomungo (Korean zither) or learn how to cook from the host, who is a certified chef of Korean temple cuisine. Guests can also play traditional Korean games, such as “kicking jegi,” and experience Korean smoking culture by trying the gombangdae (short smoking pipe).
