About
  • It is a guesthouse and sharehouse in a typical Korean apartment with three rooms. One host lives in a room, and you can meet foreign guests. Various cooking utensils and tableware are provided for personal cooking. We also offer a washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron, and other convenient facilities for a comfortable stay, even for an extended period. The guests can use the 75-inch TV in the living room with Netflix, Disney Plus, YouTube Premium, and all kinds of OTT. You can also have all types of Korean food delivered. Sometimes, the host makes traditional Korean donuts with red bean filling and the red bean bun, which you can enjoy and even learn to make. The large parking lot can be used for free, and luggage can be stored. Guests staying for a month or longer can also use the fitness facilities in the apartment.

  • A supermarket and traditional market are located within a 10-minute walking distance. You can also enjoy various restaurants in the area or try traditional Korean donuts and take a class to learn how to make them. For breakfast, bread and toast are provided at a fee, but cooking other dishes is also allowed. The beds and bedding were recently purchased and are very comfortable and clean. Whenever guests leave the house, we wash, sterilize, and dry them. The apartment comes with an air purifier, dishwasher, dryer, and all necessary home appliances for a comfortable long-term stay. Please let us know in advance if you need early check-in or luggage storage.

Transportation
The guests can use the apartment parking lot for free. Take the Limousine Bus (no. 6017 or 6019) at Incheon International Airport for a convenient ride. It is a six-minute walk from Sinpung Station, Line 7. Various bus lines going to downtown Seoul stop right in front of the apartment complex, so you can easily move to all corners of Seoul. You can reach Yeouido Hangang Park and Gangnam-gu Office Station by riding the subway or bus once.
