  • THE CHAE: Haudo is located in one corner of Samcheong-dong streets, where art, culture, and tradition harmoniously blend. Haudo opened in 2023, and it means “Docent’s space.” It awakens all five senses and offers rich sensibility. The hotel will satiate your various senses while spending the day here. Once you open the gate past a busy street, a charming garden will welcome you with a simple flower bed and maple trees. Naturally dyed natural fabric is used for the bedding, bath preparations are made from dried plants, and hemp cloth pockets are provided in the bathroom. Flower tea made of natural ingredients and cordials are provided as welcome drinks. THE CHAE: Haudo displays traditional crafts and artworks in each room in collaboration with various artists. The small but precious experiences you will enjoy in this old hanok (traditional Korean house) will enrich your daily life.

  • THE CHAE: Haudo is an individual hanok stay. It can accommodate a minimum of four guests and a maximum of eight. It consists of a living room, meditation room, bedroom (three queen beds), two bathrooms, and two spas. Parking is not available. Use a public parking lot or public transportation. A 20-minute walk from Anguk Station Exit 2 Take Jongno Maeul (local) Bus No. 2 in front of Anguk Station Exit 2, and get off at Gamsawon (The Board of Audit and Inspection of Korea) Bus Stop. The hotel is located within an 8-minute walk.
